Terms of Service

I. Payment Method.
Payment must be made in advance.
• PayPal
• I will send an invoice to your PayPal email. I will only charge the fee once payment has been made.

II. What will I give to you?
The commission consists of:
• PNG file
• TIFF file
• If you need any other format, just let me know.
I reserve the rights to save the illustration and use it in my portfolio, showcase it in any media to promote my work (including artbooks for sale) and post it on my social media. It will be displayed at a lower resolution and with all the respective credits to you to avoid any issues. If needed, you can ask for the commission not to be published.

III. Work process.
After the payment is received, as well as the details of the commission. The process will consist of:
• Sketch.
I will send the first sketches of the concept, and any correction you need to do about the idea and composition, it would be at this point. After that I send a cleaner version of the one you choose, and I won’t accept corrections that could imply re-doing the whole drawing. If it’s still necessary, there would
be an extra fee (Considering it as the price of 1/3 of the whole commission).
• Inks and flats.
Here I may change only small details if necessary. Also, here should be made any corrections to the color palette.
• Final colors.
The final files are sent. At this stage I will not receive corrections, unless I am the one who made a mistake.
These steps may vary depending on the commission, but it is mostly like this.
As known, I keep all the credits for my work, which should be written as “RandomJLDS”.

The client retains copyright and license to use as needed, while compromising that this doesn’t mean any deformation, alteration or damage to the piece itself or my image as an artist.
Once the payment is done, it is taken for granted you agree with what is written in this document. So, there will be no refunds. This unless I, for any reason, would not be able to finish the commission.
